Optomise Complaints Procedure

We hope that you will be delighted with our service. If however you wish to make a complaint, please call Louise Rainey on 0800 5878 248. We will try our best to resolve your complaint straight away but where this is not possible we will guarantee to acknowledge your complaint within three working days. If you are not happy with how your complaint has been handled you can contact the Business Support Organisation at 2 Franklin Street, Belfast, if your complaint relates to an eye examination or the Optical Consumer Complaints Service if it relates to spectacles.
